Online Yoga Registration
Join me for a slow, relaxing, gentle yoga class that will reduce your stress and leave you feeling more resilient and refreshed. Classes will be small so that we can interact smoothly over video chat, as I will adapt poses to your particular needs and/or injuries.
We will meet using Zoom. Turning on your audio for the beginning of class is strongly recommended, but turning on your video is entirely optional.
